Minimum of four (4) years experience working with Microsoft Word, and Excel.Minimum of four (4) years experience working with confidential records.Minimum of four (4) years experience personally creating memorandums, letters, and other business related documents.Minimum of four (4) years experience in an administrative office environment.Minimum of four (4) years of responsible experience in Human Resources performing hiring duties, including advertising, recruitment, testing, selection, application/qualification evaluation, interviews and facilitation of hiring processes.Must have knowledge of basic math principals.Must be able to compose routine business correspondence, i.e., letters, memorandums, reports, etc.Highly proficient and skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Provides information and assistance to all team members, applicants, and the general public concerning employment opportunities and related functions, standards, policies and procedures.
