The proximity of the horses to the crowd is concerning. Someone is going to get hurt if a horse gets out of control. The paddock area was designed poorly and is way too small. There are 12 screens in the concession area to watch simucast and no where to sit.
There is one small concession stand under the grandstand which is one of the few options to go to get out of the sun. There aren't enough self betting windows.
The new grandstand and viewing area is much smaller now. The new Belterra Park leaves much to be desired.
